1. Without insurance, goods travel at owner’s risk

2. Payment of Charges
All freight costs, customs formalities, and other related charges must be paid by the buyer within 14 days from the arrival of goods at our warehouse.
Failure to make payment within this period will result in demurrage charges, as determined by management.
3. Loss or Missing Goods
The company shall not be fully liable for goods lost or missing during transit due to the risks involved in logistics operations.
However, in verified cases, the company may compensate 10% of the original cost price of the goods, provided that:
The customer presents a valid purchase receipt
The receipt includes supplier details (phone, email, address, etc.)
The claim is verified and approved by the company
4. Unclaimed Goods
Goods that remain in our warehouse for more than six (6) months are subject to auction without prior notice to the owner.
5. Fragile Items
All fragile items and items stored inside refrigerators are handled entirely at the owner’s risk.
6. Prohibited and Contraband Goods
We are not responsible for any copy or contraband goods. All risks associated with such items are borne by the customer.
7. Customs and Government Seizures
The company is not liable for goods taken, sampled, or seized by customs or any government agency during inspection or clearance processes at any Nigerian port.
8. Warehouse Responsibility
We provide warehouse services; however, the company assumes no responsibility for goods once they leave our warehouse.
9. Price Variations
Shipment prices are not fixed and may vary depending on:
Clearing charges
Freight costs
Exchange rates
10. Heavy Goods Charges
Heavy goods are charged by weight: 500kg = 1 CBM (Cubic Meter) Additional handling costs may apply.
11. Payment Policy
All payments must be made directly into the company’s official account.
12. Policy Authority
No agent, marketer, or staff member is authorized to modify these terms without approval from the Board of Directors.
